Refund Policy

Korent is committed to our products and to satisfied customers.  We stand behind our products and believe that you will, too.  If you not completely 100% satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of the original order date using the “Contact” page on this website*.  We do not accept any claims for refund or replacement after 14 days from the original order date, and you are required to return all opened and unopened containers to receive a refund.

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.

All packages are inspected prior to being shipped. Please check your shipment carefully when it is arrives to make sure there has been no damaged during shipping.  If damage is found, please contact us immediately using the “Contact” page on this website and Korent can replace those products at no charge.  All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours of receipt and be accompanied by photographic evidence of damage.

Please retain your return tracking number for your reference as we cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments.

*Korent reserves the right to deny any claim for refund or replacement if we determine, in our sole discretion, that our commitment to 100% customer satisfaction is being abused.
